I have partnered with an international, highly reputable oil & gas organisation in central London, in their search for an HR Advisor.
This is initially an interim role for 12 months, paying an hourly rate of £17.
Sitting in the HR Operations team and working collaboratively with two other Advisors and the Team Leaders, you will get involved with onboarding, global mobility, and being the first of contact for all HR queries.
With onboarding, this will mainly be on an international basis and allow you to get involved in a number of projects, which will add to your varied workload.
With global mobility, this will give you the opportunity to expand your skills within immigration and right to work checks, giving you an added depth to your experience. You will also be advising on disciplinaries and grievances, allowing you to hone in on your ER skills as well.
This is a close-knit team, which will allow you to partner with different stakeholders in the organisation and be part of a fast-paced, diverse, and growing organisation.

With this role having such an international remit, having additional languages is beneficial but not a necessity.
