Upon joining this incredible organisation, you will be the HR first point of call for managers and directors, providing advice and resolving people related queries including Best Practice, Employee Relations and organisational policies. A personable individual who has experience of communicating HR ideas concisely, will succeed in this role in providing clear support to a diverse range of staff across this 550 people organisation.
Being organised and practical, while innovative and bright is a great combination of attributes for this busy role. You will be responsible for general administrative duties, updating HR policies and maintaining accurate data on the HR system, but also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects across the HR function.
