A leading global law firm is looking to hire a great new HR adviser to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is generalist in nature and will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a variety of specialist HR functions. By working closely with the Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to develop your HR career surrounded by a team of collaborative and focused people.
In this role, you will mainly be responsible for a variety of tasks across recruitment, onboarding and policy management. Additionally, you will be taking the lead in implementing and managing the firm's new HR Software. You will also be completing some administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to travel to other regional offices, when necessary.
As the ideal candidate, you will be a CIPD-qualified (or working towards this) HR professional with previous experience in a generalist role within a law firm or another professional services environment is highly desirable. Strong people skills and a passion for employee engagement are key for this role. Additionally, having experience implementing HR software in a previous role is desirable.
