Manage the full Candidate and Employee Lifecycle and onboarding process from an HR Administration perspective including:
- Supporting our Talent Acquisition team with sending out offers to candidates
- Creating and sending out contracts of employment (Dutch-English)
- Developing personalised induction plans with line managers
- Approximately 2-3 years HR Administration experience in the Netherlands
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Fluency in Dutch, orally and in writing, is essential; good English level also required
- Human Resources degree
- Attention to detail carrying out key tasks
- A commitment to quality
