HR Administrator, Sydney, CBD

An HR Administrator is required to support a national HR team for a renwoned professional services organisation to work across the full employee lifecycle.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the onboarding process
  • First point of contact for all HR queries
  • Management of the HRIS & employee files
  • Monitoring the HR inbox and actioning as appropriate
  • HR reporting
  • Ad hoc administration as required
  • Working on the recruitment & talent programme alongside the wider HR team

Skills required

  • Ability to build & develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent time management & attention to detail
  • Providing HR advice
  • Supporting the HR team across all activities & projects

Who we are looking for

  • Degree qualified in HR/Business related discipline
  • Experience in an HR administration role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High drive & ambition
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally & externally

Salary dependant on experience, up to $65k package
