Someone with great communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment would be perfect for this people centric role. The ability to trust and use your own initiative is essential for working in this dynamic space. This busy administrative position needs someone with a good attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workload. A proficient use of Microsoft Office packages are essential for the responsibilities of the HR Administrator. Not only will you be responsible for the day to day administrative duties, but you will also have the opportunity to support on some exciting HR projects taking place across the organisation.
