About our Client

Our client is one of the most exciting brands to join now within the Consumer/FMCG/Retail industry. They have dominated the markets in which they operate in and are on a high growth trajectory which will see them penetrating more markets within Asia. They have recently undergone a transformation and re-organization which will help with their expansion plans and in that, they are looking for a Total Rewards Senior Manager/Director, South-East-Asia to be part of their exciting journey.

Job Description

This position will be responsible for the overarching Total Rewards strategy in South East Asia, overseeing both the tangibles (Compensation & Benefits) and intangibles (Recognition, Work-life and Development) for the region. The individual will also be responsible for further transformation and expansion. You will lead a small team in driving the directives for total rewards and partner closely with the HRBPs as they are responsible for the tactical delivery. This role is not just about designing and having a strategic mindset but also having the know how to deploy these ideas into an actionable plan. You will also partner with other total rewards professionals across the group to continuously keep abreast of trends and ideate on coming up with modern/futuristic policies. There will be intense harmonization & transformation and hence this person must be prepared to adapt and flex in their approach.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking at an individual who can adapt to a high intensity pace with plenty of transformational projects happening in the background. The ideal candidate would have worked in organizations where they were responsible for scaling up the business and have sound understanding of integration of other businesses. The individual should possess a strong level of stakeholder management skills, project management capabilities and most importantly a commercial mindset. If you do come with some analytics and HRIS background, it would be an added plus. Given the pace and relational networks within the organization, having a high level of EQ would be greatly advantageous to the success of this individual. Given the nature of the industry, someone who is able to present, communicate well and have a highly collaborative mindset will be key.
