The Head of Talent will line manage a resourcing team to deliver overall talent management for the UK business which will include working with a number of HR Directors, the Learning and Development team and the broader talent attraction team.
The mission here is to redesign talent and behavioural frameworks along with a redesign of the performance management processes in order to define career development plans, true succession planning and the ability to utilise internal talent as well as advising on external talent acquisition.
Each division will have its own talent agenda and your role would be to network with the senior HR community per division to work towards supporting their overall talent management as well as aligning this to a company wide strategy and process.
To apply for this job you need to show you're a talent manager who has also headed up talent acquisition, line managed recruiters and you will have experience of designing competency frameworks, performance management systems and assessment material.
Salary up to £80K plus excellent benefits. Based in central London - west end and city locations.
