- As a social media expert, you define target-group-oriented recruiting channels and take care of the expansion of all social media activities.
- You achieve sustainable success in recruitment and monitor and evaluate them using appropriate KPIs.
- You build a strategic employer branding and thus promote awareness on the candidate market.

What we are looking for
- You roll-up your sleeves and reset and rebuild the recruitment offering from a transactional perspective as well as start to grow the unit from a transformational point of view.
- You demonstrate relevant experience and success in setting up / expanding and successfully leading a recruiting team.
- You have already gained experience in employer branding initiatives to be able to set up and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Change is part of your daily business as you have already worked in a growing and fast-paced environment.
- As a manager as well as with your internal stakeholders, you are able to quickly build strong and sustainable relationships and build up rapport.
- Fluency in German and English are a must as you need to converse with various stakeholder groups throughout the business.
