A new Head of Reward role is now available at an International financial services business. Reporting in to the CHRO, this newly created role offers a broad functional remit, covering Reward, Regulatory Reporting, HR Systems and oversight of their (UK) Payroll. Key duties will be to manage and execute the Bank's annual salary review processes across their UK operations (c3,000 staff) and ensure that job evaluation is robust and pay structures are developed to maintain positioning. You will be responsible for regulatory reporting (CRD IV, Gender Pay Gap, MRT's) and help prepare papers for and attend RemCo. The payroll oversight piece will be to work with other areas of the HR function, tax departments and tax advisers to ensure payroll compliance, work closely with Head of HR Benefits, Policy & Governance on any changes or development of the Bank's compensation and benefit offering and work to ensure payroll is fit for purpose, helping to develop functionality and improve processes for joiners, leavers and internal transfers. As a result the bank is looking to meet Senior Reward Managers or current Head's of Reward who would enjoy a broad role that will help shape their reward philosophy and drive forward efficiencies and policies, whilst delivering the full calander of BAU reward activies. The role will initially have one direct report (which may increase) and will enjoy a fair degree of operational autonomy. Location City.
