A globally renowned hospitality & travel business have identified the need for an experienced HR Director to join their business as a Head of People - SE Asia.
As a people focused organisation this is a key leadership role and is responsible for owning the people strategy for the region. Working closely with the Regional Executive Director on commercial matters as well as with the Group VPHR on ensuring a cohesive group wide approach to driving both culture & performance.
There is a real focus on talent management, workforce planning, and implementing performance and reward frameworks in the region and this Head of People will take the lead with each of these vital projects. The company is looking to invest in training and development, particularly of their leadership team and are also open to new approaches around performance management.
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who has exceptional stakeholder management skills, is able to act as a change agent and have the drive to engender change across the region. Experience is needed in all pillars of HR such as talent and rewards as well as a good understandning of of industrial and employee relations.
This is a complex matrix, customer focused business so HR leaders with experience in a similar organisation would be highly regarded particularly retail, hospitality, travel companies etc.
