We are working exclusively on a truly exciting Head of People (Asia) search, partnering with one of the most highly regarded growing tech / fintech groups across the region, with a clear vision and strong sense of purpose. The group has allocated considerable investment in to a new and exciting confidential digital venture start-up. With this in mind, they are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Head of People to join this growing organisation. You will work closely with the parent company and the venture leadership team, to define and implement the HR / People strategy from scratch.
Operating in a strategic and hands on position, you will determine the strategic people priorities, set up the People / HR infrastructure, translate the company-wide vision and mission in to tangible people initiatives, driving a consistent culture across the organisation and grow the people team and business. You will develop the talent management and development proposition, including reviewing succession planning and leadership development. You will put in place a fit for purpose rewards strategy and processes which align with the strategic objectives of the organisation as it continues to grow. You will define and implement a best in class HR function and HR Ops managing people processes from on-boarding to exit as the company and HR continues to grow and expand across the region, supported by the people team.
You will be a Senior HR BP or Regional Head of People who will continue to develop over time in line with ongoing growth of the company. You will ideally have started your career perhaps in a bigger financial services, fintech or tech corporate in HR or People change management consulting, and transitioned in to a start-up a few years down the line due to your passion for building and creating something exciting! Financial Services, Fintech, Tech or Professional Services experience is required. You must also be comfortable operating as part of the regional leadership team and working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced but also regulated environment, in a strategic and hands-on role where you can truly shape and grow the organisation, with a great brand behind you!
