We are working with a growing, successful, dynamic company looking for a Head of Payroll and Benefits (Director). In this role you will look after both payroll and benefits in support of a mid-sized employee population including exempt, non-exempt and union employees located multi-site. The role manages 4 direct reports. In this highly visible role, you will manage & upgrade benefits/payroll offerings, lead system implementation/integration, perform reporting/HRIS functions, manage external audits/ensure regulatory compliance, handle special projects around ACA, HSA funding, open enrollment, etc. The ideal candidate will possess ~10+ years of experience in both payroll & benefits preferably in a unionized environment and strong management/team leadership experience.
