We are working with a leading Global Hospitality to identify a Group Level Head of Learning & Development. This role reports directly to the CHRO and has a mix of direct and indirect responsibility for a team of L&D professionals that support their global business. As part of the Senior Leadership team the postholder will drive their Global Learning Strategy to ensure that this is fit for purpose as the organisation continues to grow.
Our client is interested to speaking to people that have at least 15 years APAC Learning & Development experience with solid exposure to China as well as English and ideally Mandarin language skills. Our client has a preference for industry experience but broader consumer sector experience would also be considered. Experience working in consultancy would also be a plus. You should have experience at both a strategic and execution level and have managed a L&D Centre of Excellence that supports multiple territories.
