I am delighted to be working with a multi-award winning, iconic, family owned consumer brand on their search for a Senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR. The business has gone through considerable global growth particularly in Africa and have a premium collection of consumer brands. The position will be based in South West London.
My client is looking for a Head of HR to lead the delivery of comprehensive HR generalist support to the EMEA team. The role will report directly into the EMEA MD with a dotted line into the central HR Director. You will play a key role on the EMEA leadership team whilst driving continual improvement and assisting the business in their ambitious growth plans. You will be required to interpret and practically apply company HR policies, systems and business practices. You will also work closely with the COE's including Reward and Learning and Development.
This is a global role supporting the Middle East and Africa. You will line manage 2 HR Managers (1 based in the Middle East), 2 HR Advisors and be responsible for a workforce of 400. You will deliver a proactive and high-touch service and focus on the needs and satisfaction of the customers. You'll work in a systematic, methodical way across their business units, equipping them with the necessary skills to run high-performing teams.
You will have an extensive HR generalist background with experience in a global environment as well as being well versed in employment practice within the UK and designated markets. You'll be resilient, proactive and professional and make a strong personal impression on others. Prior experience in a consumer/product led environment would be beneficial.
