The HR Shared Service/HR Operations team already operates well, there is a full generalist support service to a really varied client group and it mainly delivers a remote service.
As leader of this function, the job is what you want to make it; there is the work around continuous improvement of process tech and policies as well as team leadership and development, but you could look at a broader support offering around inclusivity, gender pay gap, wellbeing, social purpose etc. This isn't a business partnering job, it requires a generalist skillset but it's very much about managing a shared services function - a team of 12.
The job reports into the business, it's the most senior HR role in the function.
