With an excellent team of senior management and a forward-thinking culture, they are investing heavily in the SEA region and are searching for their next Head of HR, SEA, to provide strategic HR leadership to the business to align the people strategy with the business strategy and drive the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.

Job Description

Reporting through to the Regional CEO and Regional Head of HR APAC, you will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. Your team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. SEA experience and Financial Services / Technology industry experience are compulsory. Work experience in a highly matrixed international work environment is a must. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations. Prior or current working experience in Singapore is compulsory.
