You should have good experience in Employee relations, including investigations, performance management, absence management and restructuring.
Support leaders with recruitment, advising on the appropriate strategy and coaching and support with interviewing.
Ensure all policies and procedures are practical, compliant and are communicated and embedded.
Lead on salary and bonus review and be the custodian and administrator of the company benefits.
