Am working with a leading independent real estate consultancy who are looking for their first Head of HR. As a firm they hold a strong brand in the market and have offices based across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The HR team are highly respected in the business and known for providing an exceptional service. They play an integral role in the success of the business by looking after the wellbeing and development of its people, providing support and direction on people matters and helping to maintain and develop our culture. This is a new role for the business and an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to make their mark maintaining high standards of delivery and developing the HR service further. You will report into and work closely with the HR Director and will manage a small HR team of both generalists and specialists.
The business is looking for a solid HR generalist to run the HR department on a day to day basis covering Recruitment, all Generalist and ER activity, Reward & Recognition, Wellbeing, Engagement, L&D operations, People Management and Performance. The emphasis is on the running of the team and its operations whilst inputting into the strategic direction of people activity within the business. You will work closely with the Partner group and stakeholders and all people managers and be accountable for delivery, management and continuous improvement of a wide range of vital transactional HR services, ensuring they are cost efficient, effective and client focused.
The successful candidate will already be operating at Senior HR Manager level or Head of HR and looking for their next role. They will have strong experience covering all areas of the HR generalist spectrum.
