Part of the HR management team, leading the Business Partners and HR Operations teams, covering retail through to corporate functions. This role has responsibility for shaping and landing the people plan and also driving strategy in ER, reward and people metrics. this role is the conduit between the HR team and the specialist functions, to ensure alignment across key people projects and smooth delivery of HR change.
Building strong relationships with the Business partners and leaders to ensure commercially focused HR solutions. Continue to develop and embed the business partnering model, ensuring HR team are building credibility with the business. Develop an understanding of the business and challenge leaders to ensure they are making the best people focused business decisions. Coaching a developing the leadership team, in line with culture and values. Support the HR team, continuously striving to ensure efficiency and business impact.
Experience of working with people metrics to inform decision making. Involvement in the embedding of new people platforms.
Accountability for ER case management, ensuring best practice and consistency. Promoting a culture of proactive performance management, supporting leaders with knowledge and tools to have open and transparent conversations regarding performance, grievances, appeals, disciplinary, settlements etc
Responsibility for driving the salary review process, also taking responsibility for the career and reward framework project ensuring a robust relevant framework which is competitive and attractive to key talent.
