The role forms a delivery focused position and success will be measured based on the person's ability to deliver on the following:
- Define and implement the HR strategy
- Lead on employment contracts and HR policy work.
- Shape role profiles and drive attraction strategies, which will include attraction graduates and managing the graduate scheme
- Manage and drive the training and development needs and co-ordination for the organisation.
- Focus on driving a best in class Talent management program
- Own the recruitment process for the business across all elements from application, assessment, onboarding and induction/leavers.
- Oversee the monthly process for payroll
