Frazer Jones is partnering with a global Tech business in their search to hire a Head of Executive Recruitment. They are at an exciting stage of transformation and development and are looking for a recruitment leader who can manage the hiring for the top 250 roles across the business and develop a direct hiring strategy.
The Head of Executive Recruitment will play a key role in the transformation of the function and will define the top 250 hiring process and tools. Key responsibilities will include:
- Direct sourcing for easier roles to fill in top 250/50.
- Build and keep warm talent pools, of scarce or diverse talent
- Manage the hiring process into the top 250/top 50 roles working with the HRDs
- Put into place effective measures and analytics around future skills, diversity and high impact hires.
- Worked for a blue chip in-house or external search firm
- Global experience
- Extensive direct headhunting experience
- Technology/software/SAAS background is preferred
- Resourcing expert - will build a toolkit of how to hire
