This leading professional services firm is looking to appoint a Head of Early Careers to lead its team. Working as part of a large function, this is a busy and varied role designing and delivering first class Early Careers programmes. With an intake of circa 600 across the Graduate, Apprentice, Intern and Summer schemes this team of Early Careers professionals play a vital part in attracting and selecting a diverse pool of candidates all with the view of becoming future leaders within the business. Working across both strategic projects and operational activities this is a pivotal role within the HR function.
Leading the tam and developing the strategy you will partner with the leadership team ensuring the Early Careers strategy supports the goals of both the wider People Agenda and the overall Business Plan. Building positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders you will look to develop innovative approaches to assessment, candidate experience leading to the best hires for the firm.
The firm is looking for candidates already operating at senior level with proven ability to think strategically, drive change and innovation. You will posses considerable experience of managing and engaging large diverse and teams located across a number of locations. Ideal candidate will come from a corporate professional services environment and happy to travel across the UK.
