A leading household brand is currently looking for Head of Compensation & Benefits to be based out of their UAE headquarters covering their MENASA region for over 17,000 employees.
Reporting into the Senior VP - HR / CHRO you shall act as a stragegic advisor for the business across the existing markets that they operate in. You will be required to develop a competitive compensation strategy based on your comprehensive understanding of reward practices. You will be responsible for the communication strategy to support the introduction of new incentive plans including, LTI's & STI's.
You will also manage annual compensation surveys in relevant markets, analyze compensation trends and data and prepare recommendations for changes to current compensation frameworks. You shall have excellent stakeholder management skills and will be confident at presenting to C - Level Executives within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have substantial compensation and benefits experience ideally gained within a multinational organsiation in the region. Ideally you shall have covered a wide geography / region which will not be limited to the GCC. This is an international business and as such you must have demonstrable experience and previous responsibility for an international client group or market. Experience of working on M&A integrations or gearing up for an IPO will be added advantage.
