My client is a Global organisation based on the South Coast in Dorset. The Head of Compensation reports to the Group Reward Director and is responsible for managing a team of three.
This is a fantastic role working within a vibrant and passionate firm, and where you will be responsible for driving compensation across global locations. This will include all compensation activity in line with the overall Group & HR strategy: salaries, bonuses, share plans, incentives, salary reviews and assisting with Remco activities. You will also drive key projects aimed at salary bandings, gender pay gap reporting and KPI reporting, and in addition to ensuring that all policies are up to date. Globally, compensation is delivered by the local HR teams, in the UK you and your team will play a more active part with delivery. As such you will need some exposure to EMEA/Global compensation and be culturally aware.
You will be currently working in a similar role with a Compensation/Reward team and preferably with direct line management experience. Experience of Global/EMEA compensation and delivery will be highly advantageous. This role also offers a very good flexible working policy with 1 or 2 days based at home over a week.
