One of the world's top general insurance and reinsurance firms with operations in all key insurance markets are looking to recruit a Group Talent Manager to be based within their London office.
As the Group Talent Manager you will be responsible for shaping the talent philosophy and methodology whilst working in partnership with the divisional talent leads to codify and scale modern talent practices across the enterprise and to design and govern minimum standards across the Group. The role will also be accountable for implementing strategic talent initiatives across the business to ensure the business has the pipeline of leaders with the rights skills to deliver their strategy.
To be successful within this role you will need proven experience in talent development roles ideally within a Financial Services organisation. You will also have previous experience of using HRIS tools for processes such as LMS, Performance and Talent Management. Demonstrable experience of working in a global, multicultural, matrix organisation would also be highly desirable.
