We are proud to partner a renowned conglomerate who has strong ambitions to become a leader in the remaining areas where they are not. Due to their commitment of creating a learning organization, they are looking for a Group Head of Learning to work across all businesses in the Group with a good blend of different businesses and locations to deal with, but it will also be part of a very strong and diverse team.
In true matrix style, this role will report into several people functionally in roles across different locations, and will have numerous critical stakeholders in the region. This is an interesting and complex environment, and the role will be very business-focused, forming an essential part of the growth strategy in the region, whilst contributing to the bigger organization across numerous business units. The role will play a pivotal part in formulating and executing learning strategies across a group level. Essential areas of focus will be performance management design and planning, succession planning, senior leadership, and design, training and development of programs for high potentials.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will come from a strong learning background with a blend of different industry experiences. You will most likely have in-house experience in the Talent Management space, alongside a very business-focused partnering style background. You should be Singapore based and comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment. You must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, given there is a team to lead.
