Our client is a globally headquartered Recruitment Consultancy with ambitious growth plans for Asia. They have engaged our services exclusively for a newly created Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC ($120k). The main focus for the role will be to build and execute the graduate recruitment programme and pipeline across APAC.

In addition, this person will manage an APAC recruitment team and act as an escalation point for APAC vacancies, coaching, developing and helping to troubleshoot where needed. This is a lead Talent Acquisition role for APAC.

The business: A fast-paced fun firm with high growth plans. Accountable for hiring across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia initially as well as new regional offices that are being opened. This person will come with great energy and enthusiasm needed to engage the best graduates in the market. This person will manage campus events, university relations and run assessment centres across APAC.

In addition, they will form strong links with universities, represent the brand at campus events, attending career fairs, engage and attract bright graduates. Desirable: Graduate Recruitment experience. Open to a Recruitment consultancy background. Open to expats based in Singapore with a recruitment background.
