You'll need to have the ability to communicate news about the legal industry and issues that surround the legal field. You'll need to show strong administration skills as you'll be using Microsoft Office to organise a range of events that relate to new graduates (events such as workshops) and getting the word out in order to attract the best candidates to the events. You'll be working to develop and deliver the graduate marketing strategy for annual recruitment campaign so some experience with social media is a plus in their book.
You'll be processing applications from a range of areas for the UK and from the US, which also means that you have to keep up to date on the rules and regulations in both jurisdictions. Being a part of this office means that working together is key, and you'll need to also perform tasks outside the areas you first thought but it's a collaborative team so other members will be helping you move forward as well.
