A Graduate Recruiter is required for a global professional services organisation to report directly to the graduate recruitment manager. You will work across the APAC region and partner with the wider organisation to fill critical junior talent needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment of all graduates across the APAC region
- Campus relationship management & activity on campus including attending events, networking and creating a strong employer brand
- Working with the Graduate Recruitment Manager to develop the strategic plan & building excellent relationships internally
- Working alongside the International team on key business objectives
Your skills will include:
- 2-3 years' experience in a graduate recruitment role
- Professional/Financial services background in a global organisation is highly desirable
- The ability to build excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically as well as operationally
- Sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate
