An exciting newly created Global Reward Manager role is now available at an International law firm. This broad remit position will support the EMEA & APAC office network (with some US network support) and will cover global salary review, variable pay (to include bonuses and commission), benchmarking, benefits, recognition and well being. Chiefly this role will be responsible for the management of all employee compensation and benefit policies, programmes and practices globally. You will lead the firm's benefits strategy (to include pensions) and responsible for the day to day management of all benefit plans, lead the annual salary review and bonus process and lead the firm's well-being programme. As a result the firm is looking to meet candidates with in-depth reward and benefits experience, knowledge of relevant legislation around benefits schemes - including pensions legislation (dc and db schemes) and skilled at defining/delivering reward strategies and initiatives.
