I am currently working with a global law firm who have created a new Recruitment Manager role to be based here in London.
The purpose of this role is to merge and align their offices globally and create and establish an efficient recruitment process. You will be partnering closely with the business and advising varying levels of senority on recruitment methods for partners, fee-earners and support staff.
Continuous work will include ensuring the environment and recruitment process support a diverse work force as well as improving marketing and the employer branding.
This role will have responsibility for all of their global offices so ad hoc travel is required.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous legal recruitment experince. This could either stem from another law firm or from a legal recruitment agency.
