Our client, a leading global financial services organization with a sizeable presence in Singapore, is looking for a Group Learning Director (Agile) to join the organization in a newly created role. Reporting in to the Global Head of Learning based in another region, this individual will be responsible for driving people capability and learning work enterprise-wide within a fast paced, complex, international and agile environment.
As a Group Learning Leader within this complex financial services organization, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Group Leadership team and their direct reports on Learning, People & Capability Strategy, with a focus on topics such as; new ways of working, upskilling and reskilling in a dynamic environment, operating as a trusted learning adviser, coach and mentor
- Delivering and executing Group, Regional and In Country Learning programmes via multi-disciplinary agile squads, with a focus on creative and innovative human centric design, story- telling, designing and executing learning academies, unique proposition enhancement, and values driven work, which align with commercial goals of the business
- Overseeing learning and people capability risk and governance frameworks
You will be an accomplished Learning, People & Capability Leader who is comfortable operating in a dynamic agile and complex structure as part of a cross-functional team. You will also have a track record delivering agile learning projects while overseeing and developing sizeable teams within a global financial services environment.
