My client are a dynamic, highly regarded FTSE 100 consumer business, who invest heavily in change and strategy. They have created a forward-thinking, consultative division within their global HR function, that specialises in developing Talent Management and Learning and Capabilities strategies and methodologies with senior stakeholders.
More Role Details:
As Global Learning and Capabilities Manager you will;
Act as an internal Consultant to drive learning and capabilities insights with senior leadership.
Identify critical capability requirements and help design a roadmap for future skills development.
A global strategy remit, overseeing the talent development of over 3000 employees within the commercial group function.
Work closely with the Global HR Director on helping to design an exciting HR curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will come from a Consultative/ Change Management/ Strategy background - either in-house within a global organisation, or working within HR Consultancy.
Will bring a great knowledge of organisational design, talent management and learning and capabilities.
Will be motivated to join a team that has an innovative approach to internal talent, will want to join an incredibly prestigious business and will be motivated to develop their career within an exciting rate.
Location: West London
Salary: £75,000 to £90,000 + bonus and benefits
