We now have an exciting opportunity for a leading expert for Executive Remuneration to lead executive remuneration programmes and work closely with senior executives on personal remuneration matters whilst implementing and operating seamless executive remuneration processes.
This is an exceptional global opportunity for a respected and credible remuneration expert with demonstrable strong functional/technical skills and a deep knowledge of compensation practices and trends.
You will be comfortable working with senior leaders, have experience working on multi-country, regional or global matters and have successfully executed projects in a project leadership role.
Experience gained in a large organisation with regional or global exposure is sought and experience living and working abroad would be ideal.
