A fascinating opportunity has arisen to join a leading global business, heading up the Peoplesoft HRIS Function whilst managing a large team in the US, UK and APAC. The role will focus on ensuring the HRIS is running to full capacity, allowing the business to utilise the system in ways they have never done so before. In this strategic role, you'll have full ownership of ensuring a world class HRIS function provides superb service to the business hubs.
Reporting in to the CHRO based in London, you'll have direct access to some of the most senior stakeholders in the firm, including the COO and Heads of HR. You'll be able to demonstrate examples of strong relationships from your HRIS career in global firms, ideally from Professional Services. You'll have experience of managing a large team, know Peoplesoft like the back of your hand, completed global projects and also been involved in a cloud based implementation of a new HRIS platform. You'll be a leader, someone others look up to and take advice from, but also be a strong and active listener being able to take instruction from stakeholders of all levels.
In this varied and exciting role, you must be able to spin multiple plates at the same time whilst being able to provide a consultative service to your client base. Delegation will be critical in order to achieve success, so you'll have experience in seeing your team flourish and grow in to new roles. You'll have worked with multiple platforms that haven't been streamlined to link in with the HRIS platform, therefore running several separate applications.
