Our client, a widely recognized and highly distinguished global Asset Manager, is seeking a Global Head of Employee Relations to lead their ER function across the globe.
Reporting to the COO of HR, the Head of ER will oversee the regional heads to interpret local laws and regulations and ensure a cohesive global strategy across the firm. They will investigate and resolve Executive level ER cases and ensure the regional heads have the structure and support to resolve all other cases. Additionally the Global Head of ER will design and implement their global ER strategy, helping to shape the regional populations and ensuring that our client has a best-in-class ER function globally.
The candidate must come from financial services, ideally a global organization, and have already sat in a Global HR role with a heavy focus on Employee Relations. JD is preferred as is a background in employment law.
