We are exclusively instructed by this leading financial services/investment business to recruit a Global Head of Benefits. This pivotal role will take the lead and deliver a future proofed benefit offering, to include; pensions, insurances, wellbeing initiatives, perks and share schemes. Working closely with and reporting into the Global Head of Comp & Bens (non-UK based) you will advise and be the SME across the International population for this critical function (30 locations worldwide, c3,000 staff). Key duties will be to design/implement and refine benefits policies, create innovative benefits solutions and drive best practice guides and tools, which enhance current reward principles. Functional duties will include evaluating and benchmarking their existing employee benefits offered in each location, and where appropriate proposing any changes to local managers/budget holders and the ruling governance committees. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates who have had a business lead role within global employee benefits, preferably within financial services. Comfort working within time-critical environments related to employee benefits is sought as is a proven ability to lead others and manage a successful team. The business is looking for strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex issues succinctly and effectively to a variety of audiences. A good working knowledge of current trends and market practices for regions in scope and a willingness to develop relationships within the business and external providers.
