We are currently partnered on a search for a Global Benefits Manager at a large technology group, who will facilitate the design and administration of benefit plans across the entire company. The role reports into the Executive Director of Global Benefits, and requires a professional who is well versed in the benefits space.
The role focuses on a number of functions, such as the design of global benefits strategy and policy internally. These duties will require the prospective candidate to appraise existing benefit plans in an analytical manner, ensuring that said plans remain competitive and in line with market trends. Health and wellness program design and facilitation are a crucial component as well, utilizing facets of the organization's culture to create programs that are both engaging and effective.
Candidates applying for this search must possess several years' experience as a benefits professional and ideally have some exposure to global benefits work. Exposure to benefits implementations are crucial as well, and the prospective candidate must additionally be comfortable taking ownership of ad-hoc project work.
