Are you a German speaking Payroll Specialist who is looking for their next exciting FTC in financial services. I am partnering with a leading brand to source a german payroll specialist on a 24 month FTC basis.
Man duties include:
* Preparing monthly payroll instructions for external payroll providers ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery of information through Cloudpay
* Ensure tax and social security payments are made to local authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements
* Be the subject matter expert for payroll and benefits queries and actively respond to queries from outsourced payroll providers, HR Business Partners, employees, and external agencies
* Partner with the Finance team to ensure adequate funding for all payments and assist with the annual payroll audit
* Co-ordinating with HR Team regarding changes to employee details, joiners and leavers
* Enroll starters/administer leavers to benefits programs as required, act as the primary contact point for all benefit queries and manage the communication of benefits to employees through various channels (e.g. new joiner documents, intranet page)
* Assisting the Finance team with the annual payroll audit
To be considered for this role:
* Experience of managing German payroll (min. 2 years) independently
* Experience of managing multi-country payrolls is a benefit
* Experience of preparing payroll data on excel and coordinating with various payroll vendors simultaneously
* Fluency in English & German essential
