A major presence in the high street retail landscape is now looking to recruit a Reward Manager to support their senior (executive) remuneration function. This 12-month interim role will manage the day-to-day operation of executive compensation, help develop the exec comp remuneration strategy and policies and provide expert advice to the RemCo. The business is looking to meet candidates who are comfortable drafting the DRR and all external and internal annual reporting for senior remuneration, draft RemCo papers and manage the comp information used to recruit senior executives, including package comparisons and offer letters (and manage the financial information required for senior leavers) Additionally you'll manage the process for directors' individual objectives for the Annual Bonus Scheme and manage performance targets for all Company share schemes and provide support for the design and implementation of senior share schemes. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates with 2 - 4 years Reward/ Share Schemes/ Reward Consultancy/ Company Secretariat experience, who is an excellent team player with experience of working collaboratively within a dynamic and customer focused environment. The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and influence stakeholders is essential as is excellent analytical and communication skills including the ability to write reports and papers. Strong knowledge of external best practice in senior remuneration and share schemes is sought together with knowledge of Corporate Governance issues and trends.
