My client a global technology company based in London are looking to hire an EA with recruitment duties reporting into the Global TA Director. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience providing EA support at a senior management or board of director's level. This role is a 6 month FTC initially with a lot of opportunities.
This role is broad and varied, sitting with the recruitment team you will get the opportunity to carry out basic recruitment tasks such as coordinating and scheduling interviews and will include but aren't limited too:
- Diary management
- Screening phone calls
- Processing expenses
- Processing and checking invoices
- Organising team meetings - minute taking in meetings
- Producing minutes
- Sending business wide communications
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a strong EA background.
