My client, a professional services company based in central London is recruiting an ER Manager to cover a period of secondment for 6 months starting in mid-August.
In this role you will provide employee relations support and advisory services to two specific teams on all aspects of ER. You will support, coach and advise managers in the resolution of ER issues - disciplinary, performance management, employee grievances and appeals etc. You will also provide ad-hoc HR advisory services on all HR related processes and issues including employee development, performance management, employee retention, international assignment management, promotions and compensation.
The client is looking for someone who has proven experience of operating as an ER Manager with both the technical experience and people management background. You must have strong relationship building, influence and consultation skills.
