You'd report to a HR Director and beside a small HRBP team to deliver expert hands on support for any case work and ER guidance. The job would also require a proactive approach in identify training needs for managers, upskilling the management populations on new policies or legislations as well as designing training material to help managers deal with their own people issues when possible.
As part of a small team, you'd get involved with ad-hoc generalist HR work, but your overall focus would be employee relations.
You must have operated as a generalist with a heavy weighting on ER or as a pure ER specialist with an ability to deliver some generalist support. Either way, you'll be commercial, able to demonstrate coping with a heavy workload and dealing with senior stakeholders.
Based in the City, up to £55K plus benefits. Full time only.
