I am working with a professional services organisation in Birmingham in order to recruit an Employee Relations (ER) Business Partner on a permanent basis. In this newly created position you will provide support, and guidance relating to ER issues.
You will build relationships with managers and HRBP's, supporting and guiding them through ER issues. You will challenge existing ER ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency across BAU. You will conduct meetings and support HRBP's in driving and managing change. You will manage complex cases beginnig to end, conduct investigations or attend an employment tribunal where necessary. Finally you will monitor, measure and report on ER issues.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate strong ER experience gained within professional services. It would be an advantage if this experience is gained working in a large and complex international organisation. You have an excellent understanding of Employment Law and its application and you will have been involved in complex casework.
