I have partnered with a globally renown entertainment brand, in their search for an ER Assistant. This is a permanent position in Central London, paying £23-26,000.
In a team of four in HR, you'll be assisting with and leading on ER cases. This will mainly be absences, sickness, and lateness but also supporting with more complex cases such as disciplinaries and dismissals. This will allow you to build your confidence in ER and become a real expert.
While the main scope of your role is ER, you will also have the opportunity to get involved with recruitment, training, and employee engagement. This will allow you to expand on your generalist experience and get involved in other areas of HR.
Due to the nature of this organisation, occasional travel will also be required outside of London for meetings and events.
