My client is one of the leading charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people and employing around 3000 staff. Operationally, they have been and continue to be innovative in recognising and championing good support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. They are recruiting for a 9 month ER Case Worker to be based in Bristol.
As the ER Case Worker you will work on a busy help desk providing all support via email and over the phone. The case work is extremely high and is very varied. Due to the nature of work the charity provides you will be dealing with basic level cases through to complex and high level.
This role requires someone who has excellent employment law knowledge and came come in and hit the ground running. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills giving a supported and professional helpline to all managers and employees.
You will be tenacious and adaptable with a very patient and empathetic approach. This is a great role which will offer fantastic experience within Employee Relations and you will be working within a charity that really makes a difference to peoples lives.
