The job of Employee Relations Team Leader will sit within centre of excellent and deliver not only deep expertise in your subject matter for case work but also team development and expert advice to your senior HR peers for continuous improvement.
You would be running a small team of ER experts who will deal with a volume of case work, your job would be to coach and develop them, not only their theoretical knowledge but helping them to advise on best outcomes for your business and employees keeping in mind this wonderful company culture.
You would be a trusted advisor on policy and process within the function and you would be one of the most valuable supports to the senior HR Business Partner and Legal team.
