Due to growth and change, they are looking for additional support in their Employee Relation team.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of managing a range of ER issues from basic to complex and will be able to investigate and manage a portfolio of cases.
You will have strong working knowledge of EBAs and Awards and will have previous experience of navigated high volumes of Employee Relations cases.
This is ideally a 3 day a week role and will be undertaken on a temporary basis for 3 months. The role could also be spread over 5 days with shorter hours to suit school hours.
