An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a highly reputable insurance firm on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The company are going through an exciting change project and are seeking a highly knowledgeable ER Specialist to assist them with the smooth running of the change.
The role will involve a variety of responsibilities including:
- Management of all employee relations issues throughout the business
- Guiding management teams through employee relations cases
- Project management of all change initiatives
- Providing support / cover to the HRBP when necessary
- Carrying out policy reviews
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK employment law and will have key experience as an employee relations specialist. Stakeholder management is crucial within this position in order to build strong working relationships across the business as well as also being able to facilitate conflict resolution and diffuse situations where necessary.
